British Invasion: History of British Rock, Vol. 8 relies more on obscurities than its immediate predecessor, but the obscurities that are here are terrific -- Simon DuPree's "Kites," John's Children's "Desdemona," Tomorrow's "My White Bicycle" and the Moles' "We Are the Moles" are fine singles, even if they may sound a bit dated today.
