Curated by renowned Asian ceramics specialist John Ayers, this exhibition features the unique white-glazed porcelain known as Dehua ware in China and Blanc de Chine in the West. Dehua wares were produced in Fujian province as early as the Song dynasty (960-1279 C.E.) and became popular during the Ming (1368-1644 C.E.) and early Qing (1644-1911 C.E.) dynasties.
